1. Schedule a Site Visit

We would love to help you through your dream renovation and invite you to be part of the process. Contact our office to speak with Mary, our office manager, for a consultation then schedule a site visit according to your schedule!. Then Tyler, the owner, or someone from our team will be out to visit the space. We look forward to meeting you!

2. work on design

Now the process begins and this is what makes GT Builders unique! Depending on the project, we work together to assist you with cabinetry, tile styles, and flooring by introducing our professionals to work with you to begin your design. They will guide and assist you through the design experience so that you're fully educated and heard throughout the process. All of this information is funneled back to our offices and we prepare an accurate estimate encompassing your selections with the work we will perform.

3. Scope of work

Now the estimate is written; we will give you a call to review the quote. This determines the scope of work and is crucial for a smooth renovation. The call is a conversation with us to agree that what is written in the estimate encompasses your vision. This also gives both parties an opportunity to modify the scope of work and prevent any miscommunication.

(There is always open communication with us before, during and after any project)

4. Perfect fit?

Now the ball is in your court! If you find us to be the company you trust, sign the document and send it over. We are excited to work with you! If you are still weighing your options, we understand and are always available for any questions and will follow up with you.

Once the Contract is signed, it’s time to get you scheduled. A draw schedule will be agreed upon prior to beginning the job. This is when we begin to order the materials needed for the renovation.

  • After 14 days, the unsigned estimate may become voided due to ever-rising costs,, availability and fluctuation in price of materials.

  • There may be need to revise the contract.

5. Time to Deliver

When it’s time to begin, you will have a Point of Contact on site for you to communicate. We take pride in our daily work ethic. We work efficiently, clean up as we go along, and respect your home and space. We put protection in place to limit dust and debris, and we leave your space neat and tidy daily. Our team is united to bring your design and vision to fruition.

When the job is complete we will walk through the renovated site, tie up loose ends and complete your “punch list”. Now the job is complete and ready for you!
